Electricity and water are on their own meters and tenants send a photo of each to the landlords on the 25th and their usage is calculated and billed at municipal rates.  

The cottage faces away from the main house and is separated by the double garage. Main house is tenanted by a quiet family and there is a further 2 bedroom, tenanted cottage on the far side of the property.
